Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you give us, such as addresses, access, volume of items and services requested. If the actual move differs (for example more items, longer carrying distances or unexpected access restrictions), we will explain any change to the price before carrying out the extra work.

Bookings and changes

A booking is confirmed when we confirm the date and time with you. Please tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your booking. Any charges for changes or cancellations will be stated in your quote or booking confirmation.

Your responsibilities

Arrange building permits, service lift bookings and parking or loading access at both addresses, unless we agree otherwise.
Tell us in advance about fragile, valuable, heavy or unusual items.
Keep jewellery, cash, important documents and personal medication with you; do not include them in packed items.
Do not ask us to move dangerous, illegal or perishable goods.

Packing and handling

We pack and handle items with care using suitable materials. Items packed by the customer are moved as packed. Please point out any existing damage to furniture or items before the move starts.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in your quote or booking confirmation.
